BOQ Supply

Within the agreed time-frame, we will deliver to you a detailed and comprehensive Bill of Quantities. Additional or revised drawings will be included in the final Bill of Quantities and charged additional, which may or may not affect the delivery date.

How quickly can you turn around a takeoff?

We understand the importance of meeting deadlines and are very aware of the time sensitive nature that projects command. Once we have received your documents, our team will review and advise the timeline on when the takeoff can be completed.

Additionally, when you send a task, you can also advise the timeline and when you require the takeoffs to be complete. Our team will then plan and work accordingly.

How much does the service cost?

We understand that each client requirement, budget, timeline and process is unique and therefore we offer a flexible pricing model. Our hourly rates start from as little as $10 and our staff are as fast and accurate as your own team.

What software do you use for the Takeoff?

Our takeoff experts are skilled at working with the latest takeoff software. Unless we are requested to use a specific software then we will use AutoCAD on your project. We have use of other softwares such as Planswift, On Center, Active Takeoff, ViewPoint, Stack and AppliCad or, if you have another software then our team of experts are glad to learn it and use it for you.

If we have questions during the measure, how do you handle this?

Once you start working with us, we will assign you with a project manager and a point of contact. If you have any questions, you can directly talk to your point of contact over the phone, email, Skype or similar, and your questions will be taken care of appropriately.

Can you send a sample of what you have done for other clients?

Yes absolutely. We are more than happy to send the examples of what we have done for other clients so that you will get an idea of how we work and the quality of our service.

Who are The Takeoff Team?

The Takeoff Team are a collection of Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Commercial Specialists. The majority of the team are Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and have worked on projects all over the world, including but not limited to United Kingdom, Middle East, Asia, and the United States. We have a multitude of skillsets at various levels, enabling us to complete bespoke takeoffs on time, every time.

What are your terms of service?

Our terms of engagement are flexible. We do not believe in locking you in with long term agreements. The benefit of working with us is that you can work with us as long as you want. If you wish to leave us for any reason, you can do so by simply giving us a thirty days’ notice.
